jobs. MMS has positions available in virtually every specialty in
all 50 states. An average MMS assignment contract ranges from 13
to 26 weeks, in some of the finest facilities throughout the United
States.
Once they have received your application you & your MMS recruiter
will begin a nationwide search to match your background & preferences
to one of their assignments. If you have a specific region, city,
or hospital where you want to go, theyll find you the right
job! You & your MMS recruiter will evaluate the shift, compensation,
length of contract, etc.

Your MMS recruiter will be with you on your new assignment, each
step of the way. Each traveler is treated the way they would
want to be treated. Someone on staff is available to you 24
hours a day, 7 days a week.

1.) Insurance:
Mobile Medical Staffing boasts the best insurance coverage available
today to the traveling nurse. Their fully paid, national group health
insurance plan begins on the first day of assignment. Prescriptions & dental
plan are also included. Their plans include:

-Dental
-Vision
-Prescription
-Life insurance ($15,000)
A medical subsidy allowance is available to those who choose to do
so. Professional Liability Insurance is also an absolute. The MMS
insurance program is
comprehensive & complete.
2.) 401(k): Is available after your 1st year of employment with MMS.
MMS offers several different 401K plans. Employees can choose conservative, moderate
or aggressive investment plans. Employees may defer up to 15% of annual wages
($10,500 per year maximum) tax-free. If an employee has an existing plan, they can simply roll over
their 401K into MMS's.
3.) Bonuses: Available bonuses include;
Upon completion of a 13 week assignment, you the
traveler are paid $500.00.
If
you refer a friend they will pay you $500.00 once your friend finishes an
assignment.
Once you refer a friend & each time they place them on an assignment you
will be paid $100.00 each and every assignment thereafter.
If you know of a position they have missed and you bring that
position to their attention & they place you at that hospital, you will
receive an additional $500.00 bonus.
If a hospital pays a bonus, they will pass the bonus directly to you,
the traveler.
4.) Housing: The second most sought after benefit by travelers is
FREE PRIVATE HOUSING.
Mobile Medical Staffing is proud of its housing department and the emphasis that it
places on SERVICE. Travelers can expect free, private, deluxe, furnished
housing with all utilities paid. Travelers
can also expect to be conveniently located close to the facility.
Their housing will be available to them at least 48 hours before their assignment starts.
MMS delivers what the traveler wants!
Mobile Medical Staffing has NEVER asked travelers to pay the infamous PAF(Private Apartment Fee). Many agencies still require their travelers to pay for private housing. Many agencies pay for free SHARED housing. MMS knows that it's not what travelers want and MMS has never charged private apartment fees to its travelers. MOBILE MEDICAL STAFFING knows that travelers want THEIR OWN SPACE!
Each traveler can be assured that they will be moving into a
convenient, safe & pleasant neighborhood. Under their 24 hour
customer service program, they are in touch with their travelers and look for
their feedback about where they are staying. “O.K.”, is not
a good answer; they really want their travelers to really like their
accommodations.
It's also possible to ask for a nontaxed cash subsidy instead of housing,
MMS pays the traveler what they would have paid for their housing.
